Cookie Exchange and Christmas Market at a beautiful private residence in Sugar Land, Tx.  The public is welcome! Santa, Mrs. Claus and the reindeer will greet you! Sweet Life will be performing carols. Vendors will be located throughout the home. There will also be wine tastings and nibbles.  Cookie Exchange limited to 2 dozen cookies per person and are not mandatory.  There will also be a cash bar.
